CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your place on the course, you must do so 7 days in advance of the course’s first session to receive a full refund.

If you cancel between 3 and 6 days before the course’s first session, you will receive a refund of 50% of the amount that you paid for the course.

If you cancel with less than 3 days’ notice of the course starting, or after the course has begun, you will not be eligible to receive any refund. 

If the course is cancelled, we will provide you with either credit for a future course, or a full refund.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT

Early Bird Discounts may be withdrawn at any time, without notice.

STATEMENT OF EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

All courses celebrate the diversity that individuals and communities contribute to the writing and performance of musical theatre, and society as a whole. All participants must behave in accordance with this spirit, and the Equality Act (2010).

Any participant acting in a manner contrary to this spirit may be removed from their course, without the opportunity to receive a refund for any sessions.
